✨We’ve seen an 87% increase in demand for music tutoring since The Eras Tour hit Europe! ✨ With Taylor Swift touching down in Vienna this week, we took a look at how the pop princess has influenced demand for music lessons. At record rates, students are signing up to learn guitar, piano and violin. 📈🎸 Young fans like 10-year-old Emmy have been particularly inspired. Captivated by Taylor’s performances, Emmy has taken up keyboard lessons and dreams of playing like her idol. She says: “I love the piano parts of the Eras Tour best. My favourite songs to perform are ‘Blank Space’ and ‘Style.’” 🎹 But is this excitement here to stay? We hope so: music fosters creativity, discipline and a deep appreciation for the arts. Mentorship Cycle with a Networking Event!🎉 Our mentorship program is designed to foster a dynamic community and networking environment, centred around three core pillars: 🌟 Community & Networking: Building an impactful community where we share knowledge, seek advice, and support each other to navigate professional life successfully. 🌱 Development & Growth: Creating opportunities for guidance and skill development, leading to professional and personal growth. 💪 Support & Equity: Fostering a supportive environment of mentorship and allyship where mentees can build confidence, overcome barriers, and create a more equitable workplace. With our goal of making meaningful mentorship matches, we considered professional aspirations as well as personal interests, hobbies, and communication preferences when pairing our talents. We were excited to share this process and announce our series of upcoming learning sessions, designed around our fundamentals, during our kick-off event. 🙌 We’ve asked our mentorship participants what they look forward to getting out of the program most: 👉 Gaining new insights and approaches to problems, especially from mentors outside their usual department 👉 Developing crucial soft skills, leadership styles, and defining core values for personal and career growth. 👉 Creating a safe space for reflection, sharing lived experiences, and fostering habits contributing to professional success and personal contentment.
