    Ever wondered what it takes to redesign a global dealer management system for premium motorcycle brands like KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS? It starts with listening - really listening 👂 - to the people who use it every day! The DealerHub project began with a clear objective: to enhance and optimize the functionality of the existing dealer.net system. Our journey started with an extensive research phase 🔎, where we set out to understand the real-world challenges faced by dealers globally 🌍 Our approach was hands-on! We conducted field studies and in-depth interviews with dealers across various regions. We sent our lead UX researcher, Anjana, to the US to gather firsthand insights from dealers there, ensuring our UX and UI crew was informed by real-world use cases. These interactions were eye-opening. We discovered that dealers were struggling with a slow, inconvenient system that made daily operations unnecessarily complicated ❌ We didn’t stop at identifying problems.     What happens when four innovative companies join forces to transform an industry standard? Enter DealerHub — a revolutionary platform designed to redefine dealer management systems worldwide. 🌐 In August 2021, a groundbreaking project was born within the PIERER Digital network. Avocodo GmbH, KTM Informatics, PIERER Innovation and our team at LX media came together with a shared vision: to create a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly dealer management platform. DealerHub officially went live on February 6, 2024, marking a new era in dealer operations. Our role in this ambitious project centered on developing concepts, designing user flows, and refining features in UX, culminating in the final visual design of the user interface. Our decisions were supported by user research conducted by our team. The mission was to ensure that the platform not only met the functional needs of dealers but also provided an intuitive and enjoyable user experience. By leveraging our expertise in design and research, we crafted a system that is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and incredibly efficient. 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗽 When Liteville and Syntace, part of the PIERER Group, came to us, they had amazing products but faced a big challenge. They had limited resources internally and a gap between their great technology and the people who wanted their products. They needed someone to help share their story and highlight their brand. 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 We started by diving deep into their business needs, figuring out their main goals to increase brand awareness and make a clear path to reach their audience. Our strategy was more than just posting updates or managing comments; it was about starting conversations that would build a long-term relationship with customers and support their business goals. We matched our marketing campaigns with sales materials like dealer booklets to make sure every effort made a real impact. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝘂𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗲'𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 Our team's ability to quickly adapt was key. This flexibility meant that while Liteville and Syntace focused on what they do best—creating top-quality bikes and parts—we took care of telling their story and connecting all the pieces. Hey Denise, can you share an insight that people have always been curious about: When I started at the company, LX media was still a small company and there was only one other employee. Following the evolution of various processes from a company with just two employees to over 40 employees has been really interesting and also has taught me a lot. How do you contribute to the digital transformation of Europe’s leading manufacturer of powered two-wheelers? As a frontend developer, I have an important role in digital transformation by bringing design ideas to life, ensuring responsive user interactions across different browsers, as well as, optimize websites for speed and better performance, so that end users can interact with the user interface seamlessly and gain the best experience. Why is LX media the place to be? LX media has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere with an open mindset. People from all over the world work here and there is always room to share your own ideas and suggestions. There is also a strong emphasis on community, for example with fun events and communal breakfasts. Please describe a project you're particularly proud of: One project that immediately comes to my mind is myhub. Myhub is the first customer portal for motorcyclists of the PIERER group and was successfully launched a few weeks ago. I was part of this project since the beginning and had the opportunity to get heavily involved and help shape it. As the project went through many different phases, it was exciting to be a part of this journey and it makes me even prouder to see the project now live.
