This will be a sole role reporting directly into the COO and can be located in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne and is an environment that is supportive of hybrid working arrangements. The main responsibilities of this role are: - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. - Contract management and administration. - Providing legal advice to the business in all areas including employment, intellectual property, information technology, privacy and the Corporations Act. - Assisting in preparation of tenders, proposals and submissions. - Undertaking research and providing a high level of legal analysis. - Managing disputes and external counsel. - Monitoring regulatory updates that are relevant to the business; and - Providing internal training to various business units.
