With extensive industry experience, Colin is passionate about helping people of all age groups improve their fitness and wellbeing, working closely with everyone from those over 50 to young athletes in their 20s.    💫Colin was awarded the Tasmanian Mixed Pairs Champion in the Tasmanian Aerobics Titles in 1993. 💫In 2002, I became a personal trainer and founded Personal Best Fitness, the most awarded fitness business in Tasmania.  💫In 2004, Colin founded ‘The coot camp’ for men on the other side of 40 looking to begin regular exercise and strength work.  💫This year, Colin was proud to celebrate the 20-year anniversary of ‘The coot camp’ and its members. 💫Hear from Colin and his AUSactive highlights.
