Human reboot needed. 🔄 A computer glitch or slowdown frustrates the hell out of me as does incompetence, some people and crappy wifi – human nature. Often, the simplest solution is to the computer situation is to unplug, wait a moment, and plug it back in. This quick reboot clears temporary issues, allowing the system to start fresh and perform optimally (hopefully!). I feel the need, on a regular basis, to reboot, before I hit the shift-alt-delete button and hide from the world or become a cage fighter! Here are a few fun ways to hit the human reboot button: 🎨 Doodle Time – Grab paper and pens and scribble. Run wild with doodles, sketches or patterns. 💃 Dance Party for One – This is my fave. I crank up the tunes for a solo dance party. Usually, I do this either in or just out of the shower. May sound weird but it makes you feel like a kid. 🌿 Plant Care – I am turning into a hydroponic crazy plant lady (mostly because I’m not allowed anymore pets!!). Spending time with my green babies is therapeutic and gives you a chance to nurture something living.. 🎮 Quick Gaming Session – I’m not a gamer by any stretch, however a quick word challenge or scrabble against a stranger or the computer is a quick break and a giggle. By taking the time to unplug and recharge in fun and unexpected ways, we can come back more focused, creative, and efficient. With some smooth dance moves!! Unplug, refresh, return stronger. 💪 #Productivity #WorkLifeBalance #MentalHealth #UnplugToRecharge #RebootYourMind
