Congratulations to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP) in relation to execution of an agreement to acquire of a 49% interest in the Onslow Iron Road Trust, which will own a 150km dedicated private haul road between the Onslow Iron ore project and the Port of Ashburton, near Onslow. MSIP will acquire its 49% interest from Mineral Resources Limited for a total consideration of up to A$1.3 billion. Mineral Resources is the 60% owner of the Onslow Iron project and will remain a 51% holder in the Onslow Iron Road Trust.   Azure Capital is pleased to have acted as financial adviser to MSIP and worked with the teams at Allens (legal adviser) and Grant Samuel (debt adviser).
