About us
Body Buddies is a company with a powerful mission: to raise health awareness in young children and adults. After COVID-19, we have realised that health education needs to be integrated at a young age in order to circumvent future health crises. We need a proactive and health-engaged Australia. What better way to do this than with adorable plushies. These toys & accessories are created in shapes of various body organs. They also come with an educational booklet that teaches you how to keep the organ healthy, how it functions and what it looks like! Body Buddies is NOT about the money. 50% of all profits are donated to our charity partner - Transplant Australia. 🌼 Today we celebrate Daffodil Day!! 🌼 It is an important day as it represents the yearly fundraising campaign by Cancer Council!! 🌼 It provides us all with a chance to help make a positive impact in the life of those with #cancer by donating to #cancerresearch!!👏🏻💲👏🏻 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer during their life, this means that almost everyone will be affected by this disease at some point! 😮 Cancer Council strives to combat the devastating outcomes of cancer by fundraising to improve prevention, screening and treatment for all types of cancers! 💪🏼👊🏻 So far, Cancer Council has helped increase survival rates for cancer to 69%, and last year alone, they managed to raise $2.5 million!! 👏🏻 We can help this amazing cause by donating today! 🌼😊 A huge thank you to our intern Olivia Vallese for designing these informative graphics! #advocacy #healtheducation #socialenterprise #youngpeople #awarenessmatters
