We are excited to welcome Lindsey Dennis to the team as our new Marketing Manager, based out of Frisco, Texas. Lindsey found her passion for marketing specifically in the beauty industry at a clean-beauty body care startup, Megababe.   During her time at Megababe, Lindsey supported 360 marketing strategies focusing on all aspects of digital content as well as influencer + brand partnerships. Afterwards, she moved over to Sunday Riley Modern Skincare where she led all influencer campaigns and activations for North America.   Lindsey is so excited to join the BondiBoost team and to continue to grow her knowledge in paid media and trade marking as well as learn from her amazing new team members! We are thrilled to welcome Kevin Redwine to the BondiBoost team as our new Sr. Manager of Demand Planning. Kevin attended Texas Tech University where he studied Agricultural Economics for his undergrad, and a focus on optimization for his grad program. The work he did in graduate school helped him understand what type of work he enjoys doing. The role most relevant to his new role at Bondi would be when he was a Demand Planning Manager at Mary Kay. All the roles he’s been in have always been around forecasting and adjusting a forecast to best represent current and future trends. He enjoys using data to make decisions and tell a story that creates the best possible outcome for the company. He enjoys seeing change and putting actions in place. Evaluating results and adjusting is part of work and life. He has always preferred making an action over sitting and waiting. Kevin is most excited to be at BondiBoost because of the people and the work he will be able to accomplish here. Kanya has worked across marketing and brand communications for beauty brands and distributors such as The Jojoba Company, Universal Aesthetics and LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics. Falen has worked in Sales and Marketing in the Beauty and Music industries, but beauty is where she feels most at home. Hilary started her career in Los Angeles, working on the social teams at AwesomenessTV and Red Bull before moving to San Francisco to join the team at Sephora Corporate, where she fell in love with Beauty. During her time at Sephora, she led the social strategies for exciting brand launches such as Rare Beauty, Makeup by Mario and many more! We are thrilled to welcome Gabrielle DeLatin to our BondiBoost team as our new Brand President. Gabi has always been passionate about the retail industry, and started her career at Nordstrom where she worked on the sales floor in college. After graduation she wanted to understand the backend of merchandising, so she worked as an Assistant in the shoe buying office. From there she moved to event marketing and was the national lead for “cosmetics” leading all beauty trend activities in NA. Afterwards she then moved to work in the marketing strategy department on the beauty team. From there she took the move down to Dallas to continue her career at Neiman Marcus in marketing. Gabi had wanted to move over to the brand side of beauty and found a wonderful opportunity in 2017 as the Marketing Director at Jack Black leading marketing, creative, ecomm and innovation within men’s grooming. During this time she grew very passionate about the prestige space and being a leader within hair, face, shave and body categories for the prestige distribution channel. When Edgewell acquired JB, Gabi was then challenged to incubate a new skincare brand in-house targeting the gen-z consumer, out of which the brand Fieldtrip was born. From there she was given the opportunity to oversee a larger portfolio of business across mass and prestige supporting everything from a legacy brand like Edge, 2 acquired businesses in Cremo & Bulldog, and maintaining and growing Jack Black and Fieldtrip. Gabi is thrilled to join the team and cannot wait to continue to learn and grow while working with the PBG and Bondi Team. She has been inspired by the product efficacy, the passion behind the amazing content and the beautiful story of how the brand came to being. She has heard such amazing things about this driven, ambitious team and has really enjoyed everyone whom she’s gotten to meet thus far.
