My intention for my clients is that they understand how they are BIOLOGICALLY designed (via evidence-based research) and how to get the best from their individual, unique biological design in their lives - both personally and professionally Why do I do what I do? I am passionate about helping people (women in particular) to take responsibility for themselves and their lives so that they get the best out of life. I believe that we have been socially conditioned to perform in certain ways that are not always in alignment with how we were biologically designed. Re-aligning with our biological design and the individual purpose that comes with our uniqueness decreases stress (psychological and physical), making for more joyful and fulfilled lives. How do I do what I do? I have over 20 years of experience in leading, teaching, mentoring and coaching others towards both professional and personal goals, as well as change management experience. In providing my services to professionals, I support them to help themselves, their loved ones, their workplaces, and their communities to become more calm, supportive and happy.
