Are you a creative looking for affordable city space? We're looking to connect local artists with live/work spaces at our William Street, Darlinghurst property. Under this grant program, we lease a small number of residential properties to help artists and creative practitioners live and work at below market rental rates. It's one way we're addressing challenges facing our creative sectors. Applications are now open for this 18 month opportunity, available from November 2024. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, and those from diverse communities. In a circular economy, services are designed for sharing and products are made for reusing, repairing and refurbishing many times before they need to be recycled. Our circular economy statement highlights our support for the move, challenges and future opportunities.
