Clean Energy Finance Corporation reposted this
Sat down the other week with the Clean Energy Finance Corporation as part of their ‘Green Files’ series to talk about Hysata’s mission and the value of our electrolysers in decarbonising the hard to abate sectors. Much of the journey towards net-zero will be achieved with green electricity, but sectors such as steel, chemicals, high-grade industrial heat and heavy transport will need green hydrogen. The high-efficiency, intrinsically low capex and mass-manufacturable design of our electrolysers will bring Australia’s potential for green hydrogen to life, and play a critical role in our country realising the social and economic benefits of being an electrostate. The CEFC helps finance that transition and complements the strategic policy of the Australian Government's Future Made in Australia Act. The Act recognises and supports Australia’s most competitively advantaged sectors like hydrogen. We’re proud of our ongoing partnership with the CEFC and Virescent Ventures and look forward to more discussions as we progress our commercialisation! Australian homes aren’t climate-ready but there are solutions. Climateworks Centre, in its latest report, puts the spotlight on enabling a “renovation wave”. Our Household Energy Upgrades Fund (HEUF) is among initiatives that are helping to transform low performing homes into energy efficient, climate-ready dwellings. Learn more about the HEUF https://lnkd.in/g-TPdQeP #netzero #sustainability https://lnkd.in/gT6hPepN

VNI West has the green light for early works. We were pleased to sign an agreement with Transgrid this week that will see $140 million from the Rewiring the Nation Fund supporting VNI West progress. An essential piece of infrastructure for the transition to #netzero, VNI West will connect renewable energy zones in NSW and Victoria to the national grid. https://lnkd.in/ecYT54Wa

Why is Hysata technology a green hydrogen game changer? Our Green Files interview with Hysata CEO Paul Barrett helps explain Hysata electrolysers, their “giant leap” in efficiency and what that means for a green hydrogen future. Paul also discusses the immense potential for Australia in manufacturing green iron and steel using green #hydrogen technology.
