The building works include 6,800m2 of warehousing, 2,100m2 canopy and 200m2 office encapsulated by concrete hardstand on the 15,000m2 site. This building will be a storage and distribution facility for Pinnacle Hardware to service the WA market. Peritas proudly provided civil and structural engineering services on the bespoke facility.
