About us
Since 1924, Frasers Property Australia has created stronger, smarter, happier neighbourhoods. We are one of Australia's leading diversified property groups and an Australian division of Frasers Property Limited. We develop residential land, housing, and apartments and have delivered over 145,000 homes during our legacy; and develop build-to-rent, commercial, retail and mixed-use properties. Our activities also encompass the ownership and management of investment property, incorporating property and asset management services. We work sustainably to ensure the places we create leave a positive environmental legacy and enhance the way people live life together. Frasers Property in Australia has certified over 8.6 million square metres of Green Star space across our communities, and our commitment to reduce carbon has been approved by the global Science-Based Targets initiative. Frasers Property Australia owns Real Utilities, a licensed Australian energy retailer that owns and manages carbon neutral energy infrastructure within some of our communities with the mission to be greener, cheaper and simpler. We value diversity and firmly believe that together, we’re better. We employ over 500 people nationally and are recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Australian Government’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency.

Today is R U OK? Day which represents a timely reminder to check in with your friends, family, neighbours and colleagues to ask if they’re really ok. Unfortunately, the people in our lives won’t always tell us if something’s wrong which is why it is so important to reach out and give them the opportunity to open up. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics and the National Study of Mental Health and Wellbeing, 1 in 6 Australians have experienced suicidal thoughts or behaviours in their lifetime and 1 in 2 have experienced a mental health condition. R U OK? Day aims to reconnect people and create a sense of belonging so that people don’t feel so alone during difficult times. By removing the stigma around poor mental health, we reduce the barriers that prevent people from asking for help and support. At Frasers Property Australia, we endeavour to make our workplace as supportive as possible year-round and we encourage our people to reach out if they’re in need of help. Our Employee Assistance Program is a confidential counselling and support service available to all employees and their family members. Reach out to the people around you and be the support that someone might need – you never know how much it might help. Learn more about R U OK? Day: http://www.ruok.org.au/

Australia’s love of property is, and always has been, strong. So, too, are the influences in architecture and lifestyle from around the world which have had an impact on the way our homes and cities have been designed. As our population has grown and changed, and continues to do so, we’ve taken inspiration from near and far to incorporate into our buildings and neighbourhoods. With insight from Frasers Property Australia Design Director Hallum Jennings, this article from our Home Grown series with REA Group explores six of the biggest global influences that have shaped Australian homes and cities, from British Colonial right through to high-density living. https://lnkd.in/d75x8HAv

Every year, Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial staff across the country ‘step up’ to the STEPtember challenge of walking 10,000 steps (or more!) per day from 1 to 30 September to raise funds and awareness for cerebral palsy. Not only does STEPtember encourage our teams to get fit and have fun together, but the funds raised as part of the challenge helps the Cerebral Palsy Alliance to continue their incredible work across a wide range of research, services and assistive technologies which support those living with cerebral palsy. This includes: - Identifying babies at risk of cerebral palsy to provide early intervention - Regenerative medicine and epidemiology - Life-changing devices that can allow people with cerebral palsy to communicate - Developing tech startups that reduce barriers for people with disability - Programs that empower teens and young adults living with a disability to take on new challenges If you would like to support our steppers and help those living with cerebral palsy, you can make a donation to the Frasers Property team here: https://lnkd.in/gkNzkt3U Thank you for your generosity, every dollar makes a difference.

The Quarry is a new neighbourhood by Frasers Property Australia being unearthed in Keperra, just 9.5km from Brisbane’s CBD. The team recently welcomed Network 10 to explore the site which will be home to over 500 brand new residences. The old granite quarry is currently undergoing transformation to become Brisbane’s most elevated masterplanned community with parks, regenerated bushland and breathtaking views of the D’Aguilar Ranges, Glasshouse Mountains and even Moreton Bay. Future residents will have access to ClubQ, an architecturally designed amenity hub exclusively for residents featuring a 25m lap pool, chef’s kitchen, sunset lounges, dining areas, work zones and play areas. In one of our favourite stories from our Red Chair series this year, National Loyalty Manager Mercy B. gets personal with a lovely anecdote that demonstrates how small acts of kindness can transform someone’s day. Mercy helps run our Care & Rewards loyalty program so it’s little wonder that she demonstrates a caring approach even when she’s just out on a walk! Check out her story to learn more. https://lnkd.in/g4n_XDR5

Brand & Communications Director Alison Renton represented Frasers Property Australia at the Parliamentary Friends of Ending Loneliness event with Ending Loneliness Together in Canberra yesterday. Loneliness is a prevalent issue, and this forum was a fresh opportunity to gain insight into how widespread the impacts of loneliness truly are – as well as what we can do to create a more connected society. We touched base with our fellow Ending Loneliness Together partners and ambassadors, including Michelle H Lim, Greg Page, Bolton Clarke and AIA Australia, and were proud to update everyone on what we’ve learned about the causes and solutions to loneliness in our sector as a property company. At the same time, it was inspirational to learn about the work other fields are doing to tackle loneliness.
