In 2017, after more than 28 years in corporate jobs, I left. The first place I went following my departure was Queenstown, New Zealand. I boarded the plane from Sydney asking myself the question: ‘Have I done the right thing?’ When I left Queenstown a few days later I was repeatedly saying: ‘I have done the right thing.’ Every time I return I feel amazing and I know I am in a special place.
