This week, we attended The Accessible & Inclusive Tourism Conference (AITCAP) 2024 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. This key event focused on strengthening efforts in accessible and inclusive tourism. This week, our superstar Business Development Consultant, Sharon Wright, attended the Queensland Hotels Association Employment Relations Conference. Sharon delivered an insightful presentation on the Sunflower initiative, showcasing our commitment to inclusivity and support within the hospitality industry. 🌻

When Wollongong bus driver Steve Warby saw a passenger with a Sunflower lanyard and learned they were non-verbal, he took it upon himself to learn sign language. His commitment to supporting those with hidden disabilities is truly inspiring and a remarkable example of kindness and awareness. 🌻
