🚫 headspace Wyong 🚫 office closed due to possible building damage The PHN received notice that the Headspace Wyong office (28 Hely Street, Wyong NSW 2259) is closed after suffering possible building damage in recent days. The centre is currently not operational, and a business continuity plan is in place to safeguard the provision of patient care. Affected patients and their families will be contacted by the provider and will be given the option to move their appointments to one of the Headspace offices in Lake Haven or Gosford. At this point in time, it is unknown for how long the Headspace Wyong office will be closed. The PHN will provide updates as they become available.
