    Why did I make the leap from working for agencies to starting my own? There are a few reasons behind that decision, and I'd like to share my story to give you a deeper understanding of IAS and our mission. Here it goes… I had been contemplating starting my own agency for several years. When we moved from Melbourne to Brisbane, it felt like the perfect opportunity. I believed I had the skills, experience, network, and genuine passion to make it happen. I was driven by the desire to create something unique and take on the responsibilities, risks, and rewards of owning a business (of course, continuous learning is always part of the journey). We had a clear vision: to differentiate ourselves from other recruiters by providing a genuine, down-to-earth, and honest service that goes above and beyond. We are dedicated to working with clients and candidates in a way that aligns with our values and theirs.
