    I travelled up to Wodonga to visit #BlacklocksFord to train the team and implement #SuperserviceTriage. I was warmly greeted by Michael, Josh and Michael. The whole team at this beautiful site were incredibly welcoming and took the training on board, with positive feedback and small changes made to bring Superservice Triage into their every day. The Technicians excelled by taking photos for their #eVRC on their iPads, reporting #recommendations and sending it off to the relevant department after their inspections. The Service Advisors were adapting to the change quite quickly and found customers were authorising additional repairs within a few minutes. Superservice Triage is an efficient tool that can be implemented, utilized and loved by all (Even the customers!!) While driving #Innovation & Service, we were also having fun in the #FastLane!
