It is with profound sadness that Innovateq announces the tragic passing of our esteemed colleague and dear friend, Rodger Goltz. Rodger tragically lost his life in a skydiving accident on the weekend, leaving an irreplaceable void in our hearts and within our team. He leaves behind his beloved wife, six children, siblings, and his mother and father, all of whom he cherished deeply.   Rodger was not only a dedicated professional who made significant contributions to the very foundation of Innovateq, but he was also a devoted father and husband. His love for his family was evident in everything he did, and he often spoke with pride and joy about his children.   Rodger was without a doubt the very best in our industry. His long-standing impact, his achievements, the clients he worked with, and the legacy he leaves behind all stand as a testament to his exceptional skills and dedication. There is no one else like him—he touched so many people, and his influence was far-reaching. Beyond his role as a father and husband, Rodger was truly one of a kind—a vibrant spirit who brought joy, laughter, and camaraderie to everyone he encountered. His passion for life was reflected in his adventurous pursuits and in the enthusiasm and commitment he brought to his work.   Rodger's kindness, generosity, and unwavering positivity made him a beloved figure both in and out of the workplace. His ability to uplift those around him, coupled with his strong work ethic, made him an integral and irreplaceable part of our Innovateq family.   As we grapple with this heartbreaking loss, we find comfort in the memories we shared with Rodger. At Innovateq, we are a family, and we are here to support everyone during this incredibly tough time.   Rodger will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, and his legacy will continue to inspire us. You will be sorely missed, and we love you Rodger.

Our Innovateq family is growing! We are excited to welcome back Shannyn in two weeks following the birth of her beautiful baby girl, Scarlett. We had the pleasure of their company today. It’s a very special time for the Innovateq family.

What an incredible day our team experienced during the Hungry Jacks In Your Boots Day! The Innovateq team seized the opportunity to gain deeper insights into the day-to-day operations and truly appreciate the inner workings of the systems. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Bundoora and Thomastown stores; their hospitality was top-notch yet again. Our team felt exceptionally welcomed and had an absolute blast. Well done to our Innovateq staff Gio & Marisol who attended the Thomastown store and to Nimar and Winpreet who attended Bundoora. You all represented Innovateq brilliantly. Huge thanks to Hungry Jacks for this opportunity; we feel privileged to be affiliated with such an exceptional company.

Last week, Innovateq celebrated its 15th anniversary, highlighting our amazing journey and teamwork. It was a thankful time, celebrating achievements, our amazing customers and everyone who helped us succeed. We had a fantastic week, shared drinks and food, remembered our wins, and planned for the future. Feeling united made us realize how lucky we are to have such a committed team. The week wasn't just about looking back; it was about looking ahead together. Our customers and our team’s support and hard work made our success possible, showing how much we can achieve when we work passionately as a team. This celebration isn’t just about our past; it’s showing us all the great things Innovateq can do in the future with this fantastic team.
