Have you heard of Human Design (HD)? As a kinesiologist and coach, I’m always exploring new models, modalities and concepts to add to my ever-growing knowledge and desire to raise the bar on what I offer my clients and students. I came across HD a few years back and to be honest I heard about it several times before I decided to dip my toe in the water. I’d never had much interest in astrology (which I incorrectly assumed this was about) and so I stepped into it with a very detached yet curious mindset. Let me tell you though, there’s something to be said about having no expectation, because the money I spent for my HD appointment is one of the best investments I have ever made! ‘Dipping my toe in’ became full submersion! I studied and integrated the extraordinary HD concepts and models into my ‘tool kit’ and every area of my life. Since studying some years ago, and having HD in the mix, it’s taken what I offer to the next level. But enough of my ranting enthusiasm, as HD is an experiential thing, and you may have to take my word for it at this stage. For those of you who already know what I am talking about, and have also dipped your toe in, you’ll have some sense of the infinite possibilities it offers your life. From career direction to relationship fulfilment and everything in between. For those of you who haven't heard of HD, get ready to be amazed.....understanding your Human Design might be the best career you’ve ever made...yes really! Or like me, it may just be the most profound relationship investment you’ll ever consider. Imagine understanding how to navigate conversations, respond to opportunities (or not); engage with your employees or your boss for optimal outcomes; understand your energy rhythms to optimise productivity; access clarity and validation on whether to be left alone and get on with the job, or be in a room of people to access your genius; ability to identify the signposts of life for direction purpose, fulfilment and all the big decisions we have to make. Once again I could go on, however rather than reading about it, I have an opportunity for you to experience it. I feel honoured and excited to have been invited to co-host a full day workshop on all things human design, with one of Sydney's leading HD experts, Amanda Trenfield.
