IPA are excited to announce the start of a promising chapter in our evolution. After celebrating our 40th birthday in May, we are thrilled to share we have successfully merged with Synaco by Synergie, lead by joint Directors, John Alexandrou and Mike Otty. This strategic merger will go into effect today, 1st July, 2024, and we will now operate as ‘’IPA by Synergie’’ combining a legacy of innovation, safety and customer-focused recruitment services with increased national geographic presence, now with the backing from our global parent company, Synergie. This merger presents great opportunities for growth and immediate benefits that our current clients, candidates and staff can look forward to. As exciting as this new merger is, you can expect continuity of service from IPA but with a new level of sophistication. We are still IPA, with the same people and the same operations, championing our ethos of forging lifelong partnerships, transforming ambition into reality by connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities. Joining forces with Synaco by Synergie, we can now offer our combined experience, capability and competence to deliver specialised recruitment solutions across the country. This week, our group executive team braved the arctic weather in Melbourne to meet and discuss the future business strategies for IPA by Synergie, Synaco by Synergie and S&you Australia. Since Synaco by Synergie acquired IPA in July, the leadership team have been meeting regularly to ensure the wider business has the strongest to-market plan possible, supporting our candidates, clients and staff.    New GM of IPA, Brigid Fleming commented: “We’re firing on all cylinders since the acquisition last month. Following the recent merger between IPA and Synaco by Synergie, we are excited to be able to share our joint capabilities and resources to further enhance our service offering to our valued clients and candidates. At IPA, safety and well-being is paramount, and we are thrilled to introduce our safety champions from Synaco. Meet Rino Caprioli, National Safety Manager, and Joshua Higgs, Safety Advisor. Rino, with over two decades in the recruitment industry, has been a driving force since joining Synaco in 2016, implementing robust safety principles and fostering a high-quality working culture. His dedication to personal engagement and face-to-face interactions has significantly enhanced the safety and wellbeing of our 8,000+ workforce annually. Joshua, with his diverse background in construction, manufacturing, cabinet making, and the military, complements Rino's efforts by bringing extensive knowledge of safe work practices and legislative compliance. Together, their expertise and passion ensure the highest safety standards across our operations, reinforcing our commitment to a secure working environment for all.
