Last November, we proudly launched our Inclusive Career Pathway Pilot in partnership with the Australian Government Department of Social Services, the Australian Disability Network, the Business Council of Australia and other businesses – the pilot is designed to empower people living with disabilities to achieve their career aspirations. Kicking off the program this April and May, we hosted two-day, in-person workshops in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and online. These sessions aimed to enhance inclusive leadership capabilities and disability confidence among our leaders, while helping team members set and achieve their career goals. Over the next eight months, we're committed to supporting each participant in reaching their unique career ambitions. Together, we're building a more inclusive future at Kmart and Target Australia. 💪
