🙌 Today is RUOK? Day and everyone at Mentoring Men would like to express our heartfelt thanks to late founder Gavin Larkin and the RUOK? team for the amazing work they've done in getting Aussies to open up about their mental health! 🙌 At Mentoring Men, we know how important it is to check in and ask, “Are you really ok?” And how this has helped make a big difference in the lives of thousands of Australians through conversation. Let’s keep those chats going—not just today, but every day! #RUOKDay #CheckIn #MentoringMen #WeveGotYourBack #MentalHealthAwareness

Today is World Suicide Prevention Day - a day to stop, reflect, and recognise the importance of mental health. It's also a reminder that no man should face his struggles in silence. At Mentoring Men, we’re here to offer connection and hope to those who feel isolated. With men being three times more likely to die by suicide, this day is a powerful call to action. Start a conversation. Check in on a mate. And if you’re feeling alone, reach out—we’re here for you. Today matters. Let’s make sure no man walks his journey alone. 💙 #WSPD2024 #YouAreNotAlone #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
