This morning’s Canberra walk was held on the iconic steps of the National Library of Australia, where Canberra women came together to connect, share, and seek guidance on their career journeys. From women entering new industries to seasoned professionals navigating leadership challenges, the group covered a wide range of topics including how to dodge ageism and tips for building networks. Here’s what participants have said about our previous Canberra events: ✅ "Inspiring event! It creates a safe space, opens new perspectives, all while in a beautiful environment." ✅ "I got tips about networking and dealing with imposter syndrome in a technical role." Whether just starting out or well-established in their careers, our goal is that each woman walks away feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to tackle her next steps. With conversations guided by experienced mentors, each mentee gains actionable insights in a welcoming, open environment. A big thank you to our mentors; Dr Nadine White, GAICD, Sara Quinn, Jane O'Dwyer, Kate Waterford, Lisa LaMaitre, Elke Einfalt, Melissa Cabban and Vicki Williams. Looking for career clarity or a new perspective? Join us at the next Canberra walk on Wednesday, 23 October.
