PROJECT UPDATE: St Patrick's Asquith   Work is in full swing at St. Patrick's Asquith! We’re making great progress on the new lift shaft and transforming classrooms into vibrant, modern spaces. We’ve completed 50% of the classroom upgrades, and the new spaces are already a hit with both students and teachers!    As we celebrate these milestones, Mettle was proud to take part in the school's "Green and Gold Day" to cheer on our Olympic athletes. 🏅   A huge thank you to our project team for their hard work and commitment: Andrew Anthony, Alex Warner, Tim Perrignon, and Levy Barbosa. PROJECT WIN - Red Rooster Everton Park 🎉 We're thrilled to announce our latest project win: Red Rooster Everton Park! Mettle is partnering with craveable brands. to bring this exciting quick-service retail project to life. 🍗🏗️ Located at the heart of Everton Park Shopping Centre, we'll be collaborating with Ridgemill Project Management to construct a standalone restaurant, on-grade carpark, and drive-thru. Our dedicated project team – Robert Duff, James Muldoon, and Chris Dorange – will be collaborating with Verve Design Group and STP Consultants to deliver this project. PROJECT WIN – Mt Ommaney Rebel Tenancy & Food Court Refresh   Exciting things are happening at Mt Ommaney Centre!   Mettle is working with CaseMeallin to deliver a multi-staged refurbishment at the Mt Ommaney Centre. The works include repurposing and amalgamating eight existing tenancies to create a single cold tenancy shell for Rebel Sports and repositioning the food court. External works involve uplifting the façade, adding new landscaping, relocating established trees, and creating a new outdoor dining area.   Thank you to repeat client retailfirst for the opportunity. We are looking forward to transforming these areas and enhancing the overall experience for visitors to Mt Ommaney Centre. PROJECT UPDATE – 93 Edward Street There's been huge progress on our heritage site at 93 Edward Street! We think the exposed face brickwork (previously covered in render) looks fantastic, as do the timber columns once wrapped in plasterboard. With new plant and equipment installed on the roof, new grease trap in the ground and fitout nearing completion – we are on the home stretch to PC. 🌟 NAIDOC Week - Embracing Culture and Connection 🌟 As NAIDOC Week comes to a close, Mettle proudly celebrates the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country and their enduring connection to land, water, and culture. Throughout the week we've engaged in meaningful activities: from exploring our connections with Country through the 'pop your pin' activity on the AIATSIS Map, to daily spotlights on First Nations artists, and thought-provoking short films in our breakout areas. Our team in NSW was also excited to attend a NAIDOC concert at the Sydney Town Hall, showcasing Aboriginal performances!
