    Introducing… the MILKRUN website! 🎉 We’ve officially made it to the big screen… no, not the Oppenheimer, Marvel kind of big screen. We’re talking the laptop and computer kind.     And that's a wrap for FY24! This week, the MILKRUN team got together at the Google Sydney Office - wearing blue, of course! 💙 We celebrated our FY24 achievements, chatted about what's to come in FY25, and even learned about the latest Google Maps features in a guest presentation. But the highlight? Our team bonding activity where we learned to play the violin! Did we sound good? Not really. Was it fun? Absolutely! Can we listen to Bittersweet Symphony ever again? Probably not. 😂 A huge thank you to the Be Challenged team who hosted the activity alongside their two incredibly patient and talented violin teachers. Overall, a fantastic day to set the tone for the new year!

    As our order volume increases nationwide, we're always looking for ways to introduce new processes to enhance efficiency and speed. Over the past few months, our Store Ops team have trialling both a driver screen and a handover window at the Bondi store. These were introduced in an attempt to both provide our delivery drivers live updates on the progress of orders, as well as minimise congestion once drivers arrive in store! It's safe to say both the driver screen and handover window have passed their probation period, and we're looking forward to implement these initiatives across more locations.

    The more MILKOs, the merrier. In Q3, we activated 196 new stores and with that came the welcome of a whopping 936 new team members! When you hear '196 new store launches', you probably think "oh, it mustn't be THAT hard". But here's just a snippet of what went on behind the scenes to make it all happen: - 196 pre go-live visits - 152 post go-live visits - 27 virtual engagement & training sessions (see last picture 😉) - 33 in-person MILKRUN training & masterclasses - 392 team members trained face to face An amazing achievement by our Operations team! We can't wait to keep spreading the MILKRUN Magic 💙

This month, our latest ad hit TV screens across New Zealand and Australia, showcasing the all-too-familiar struggle parents face when in need of a pantry restock (if you know, you know). Great work to our Marketing team, and a huge thanks to Eyes and Ears for helping us bring this to life!

    You’ll probably be familiar with their bright blue logo beaming from buses and on billboards, you might have even used the app already. Now MILKRUN (part of the Woolworths Australia and New Zealand network) have released their first TVC in Aotearoa, directed by Calvin Sang.
