Introducing Top Gun / Recruitment Academy! 🕶️ Renee Zalidas and Rosie Allen have introduced Top Gun Academy to Montgomery. The Academy is designed to focus on every day recruitment challenges and essential practices that are often overlooked due to busy schedules. The goal is to create interactive and engaging sessions involving all levels of the business. For our inaugural session yesterday, a panel was selected featuring directors Laura Lal, Matt Harris, Andrew Rees, Bill Panourgias, and Sommer Bath, who then addressed real-life scenarios faced by our consultants.
