The first national benchmarking project for the vegetable and onion industries offers growers the opportunity to better understand the four main pillars of their businesses: production, cash flow, profit and balance sheet. Through one-on-one confidential business analysis – valued at $10,000 a year and available at no charge to participants – growers can learn what’s possible for their business and which areas they need to focus on to improve the bottom line.
