Quality Business Services is excited to announce that we are expanding our highly-curated coaching team with the recent appointment of Sydney-based Michelle Shiers. Michelle has over 30 years of experience building and leading customer-focused operational teams, in particular in the IT&T sector. She has expertise in strategic development, continuous improvement, and leadership coaching - she will be a huge asset to the team and our clients. Whilst a senior leader at Telstra, Michelle completed our #coreoperationalexcellence program. She loved it so much that she put many more of her team on our COE and IOE programs. She knows our programs inside out and has experienced their value. Her first coaching assignment will be a senior IT leader from RACV on their first COE program - what a great start.
