No doubt many of you will have walked or driven past the New Sydney Fish Market under construction in Blackwattle Bay. The new market has undoubtably been one of the most complex, interesting and rewarding projects in our history of retail planning and development. From an international design competition, 3XN/GXN, BVN Architecture and ASPECT Studios were awarded the winning scheme, and the team at Multiplex have been meticulously building onsite ever since. Working for our joint clients Infrastructure NSW and Sydney Fish Market, our team at Retail Strategy Group have spent the last two years talking to Australia's most accoladed chefs, restaurant groups, and the brightest stars in our hospitality scene, to bring a uniquely compelling line up of foodie institutions to the market.
