This week is Body Image and Eating Disorder Awareness Week, it is a time to shine a light on the complexities faced by those living with eating disorders, as well as the vital role that their family, friends and carers play in their journey.      Carers are often the unsung heroes, and their well-being is crucial - supporting them ensures they can continue to provide the care and compassion their loved ones need. Eating Disorders Families Australia(EDFA), is an organisation dedicated to providing support, education, advocacy, and counselling specifically for carers and families impacted by eating disorders.
