𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 📊 We’re pleased to share our FY24 Investor Presentation and Annual Report. This has been a pivotal year for the group, as we define strategic initiatives for future growth plans. Summary: ·        𝟱.𝟬 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 final dividend payable on 11 October 2024; ·        11.2% increase in gross 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗼 $𝟳𝟵𝟭.𝟭 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 on pcp; ·        2.2% increase in gross Group loan book to $930.3 million on pcp; ·        10.6% increase in 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 $𝟭𝟳𝟯.𝟳 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 on pcp; ·        3.2% increase in total revenue to $216.0 million on pcp; ·        𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝘅 𝗼𝗳 $𝟮𝟵.𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 (After adjusting for impairment of goodwill and other intangible assets and legal and professional fees associated with the regulatory related legal actions); ·        On-market share buy-back of up to $15.0 million on-going; 2.9 million shares repurchased at 30 June 2024, at an average price of $1.05 per share; ·        Strong balance sheet with $152.9 million cash and net tangible assets of $1.58 per share. Solvar’s Managing Director & CEO Scott Baldwin states, “The Solvar Group delivered normalised net profit after tax of $29.0 million against a challenging macroeconomic backdrop which is a testament to the experience and strength of the Group.” The performance is indicative of our commitment to shareholders and customers. The incredible Big Group Hug is dedicated to supporting children and families with pre-loved goods in times of need. They provide a vital service, especially now as many everyday families struggle to make ends meet. Today, our team hosted a Biggest Morning Tea to raise funds for those impacted by cancer. We gathered to enjoy homemade cakes and hot beverages, all in support of Cancer Council Australia's crucial work in research, support services and prevention programs. We celebrated International Women’s Day with the inspiring Jessica Holsman, who reflected on her own journey – unplanned, yet true to her purpose of inspiring and helping others. This morning’s breakfast has provided much to reflect on from Jessica’s information-packed session.
