“What started in 1981...as a flicker of hope for Special Olympics has now become a roaring flame of stability for Special Olympics athletes worldwide.” - Law Enforcement Torch Run Founder, Richard LaMunyon. The only thing shining brighter than the athletes competing at the recent Special Olympics Australia Victoria State Games was the famous "Flame of Hope"! Carried into all of the organisation's opening ceremonies by law enforcement members and athletes, the Flame of Hope is a symbol of courage and celebrates diversity, uniting communities around the globe. Our team members were thrilled to get their hands on the Flame, after all, our partnership with Special Olympics Australia really does light our fire! Today, we celebrated the launch of an extra special partnership with Special Olympics Australia at the My Plan Manager HQ! 🎉 Our driving vision is to create a fair and inclusive Australia where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential, so it’s a privilege to join forces with an organisation providing phenomenal opportunities to people with intellectual disability, developmental delay and autism.   We can’t wait to support athletes like Krystel, Madi, Mia and Jack (pictured) plus their biggest fans (their families and supporters!) with education that unlocks the potential of their NDIS funding.   Thank you to the athletes, their supporters, Special Olympics Australia CEO Pierre Comis, and Special Olympics Australia State Manager (SA) Matthew Pearson for helping our CEO Jane Kittel and the entire My Plan Manager team to celebrate our partnership launch.   Together, we can bring sport, joy and inclusion to more people with disability!   Ps. This week we’ll share more about Krystel, Madi, Mia and Jack and what they’ve achieved with Special Olympics Australia behind them…   #MyPlanManager #SpecialOlympicsAustralia #Partnership #NDIS #PlanManagement #Sport #Joy #Inclusion #Community
