Located at RSEA Park in Moorabbin, St Kilda’s state-of-the-art facility is not only the home to the club's elite footballers, but also to its dedicated administrative staff and coaches. RSEA Park is home to the club’s operations, finance, membership, merchandise, commercial, marketing, communications, community, people and culture and consumer departments. It’s a place where staff strive to be the most professional in the AFL and never settle for anything less than the best standard of work. Our club values creativity, belonging, and performance as we strive to win a second premiership, deliver sustained success and build thriving communities. We understand who we represent and the privileged position we hold as custodians of a football club built on 149 years of history. We were delighted to give one of our SaintsPlay participants, Jack, the opportunity to run out with his heroes recently! With the support of IKON Services, SaintsPlay is a weekly program designed to enhance motor skills, social connectivity and confidence in junior participants living with autism and developmental challenges. Having joined the program this year after attending a 'come and try' day, Jack has gone from a shy young boy to one of the most confident participants. Congratulations to Joseph Dooley and Anne-Maree Smith, our latest recipients of the John Moran Loyalty Award, which recognises volunteers who have displayed selfless service to the club. Dooley was awarded for his long-spanning and tireless work as leader of the St Kilda cheersquad, while Smith was recognised for her outstanding leadership as coordinator of the Tasmanian Saints Supporter Group, which was named fan group of the year across the AFL in 2023. We're extremely grateful to have committed volunteers like Joseph and Anne-Maree, and wouldn't exist without them ❤️

Celebrating a significant player milestone shouldn’t just be restricted to those inside the four walls of a sporting club. That’s why we decided to bring incredible memories to life through our passionate fanbase via our partnership with Podium. Podium provides a direct line of communication between our club and our fanbase, opening new doors to interact with our players and staff to create the most connected fan experience possible. Instead of rolling out another stock standard interview for Bradley Hill’s 250th AFL game, we leant into our supporters to ask questions via the Podium platform, bringing them into the special occasion and making them feel seen and listened to. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t love being heard?
