While the cost of living continues to bite, empowering energy consumers to control their bills is one way retailers can position themselves on the side of their customers. One way to achieve that is through energy load disaggregation, which breaks down energy usage into load categories that allow a household to identify whether the 16 year old's showers, a faulty pool pump or a new electric vehicle is responsible for billowing bills.
