To wrap up our NAIDOC celebrations, this week we joined Melbourne & Olympic Parks for an inspirational session with the incredible Eddie Betts. Eddie shared his life story and his journey of becoming a professional athlete, with all the success he experienced and struggles in between. His powerful story about the impact that racism and discrimination had on his life, career, and family was confronting and deeply moving. Eddie inspired us to challenge our thinking, look for ways to make other people smile, and work to make the uncomfortable feel comfortable. Thank you Eddie. #NAIDOC2024 #NAIDOCWEEK

Tennis is a game of fine margins, as Jordan Thompson and Max Purcell were reminded in the Wimbledon 2024 men’s doubles final. The Aussie pair had three championship points to close out a straight-sets win, only for Finland’s Harri Heliovaara and Brit Henry Patten to fight back and triumph 6-7(7) 7-6(8) 7-6(9). Congratulations on a fantastic Wimbledon run 👏 Read more 👉https://lnkd.in/g9jvPZv6 #GoAussies
