Fairgo.ai (Build Club Y24) is revolutionizing the hiring process by using AI to screen candidates through live conversational video interviews. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. I'm thankful to join Build Club's AI Hackathon last month to help build AI for a better world! 🧑💻👩💻 🌎 Asides from learning about building with AI tools, winning the Singapore finals was a surprising milestone! 🏁 If you, like me, haven't joined a hackathon in a while, chances are that you'd try to form a team with the most knowledgeable people there or the most futuristic idea. Instead of doing that, I decided to choose ✨vibes ✨ and go for the team with the most energy instead! Hundreds of lines of code, two days (burning the midnight oil), and a very sleepy morning later... it pays to work with people who know how to have a good time, and it was so fun working with the right folks to push through our MVP 😉 Alongside my team members (Sophie Yang, Clara Chong, Yip Jia Qi, Kenny Chong, Kenneth Liong), we rallied under a single idea, which spawned Sophie's Diary -- an AI mental coach that can offer personalized feedback & actionable steps to improve individual well-being! A big thanks to Gabriel Chua, Yoeven D Khemlani, Annie Liao 🇦🇺 for accommodating me last minute! Fortunate to have joined as one of the few remaining spots left 😋

"If you want to create a great product, just focus on one person. Make that one person have the most amazing experience ever." - Brian Chesky Creating a product for everyone may seem like the key to reaching the largest market, but how can we achieve this when customers are so diverse? By focusing on delighting a single customer, we ensure that someone has a top-notch experience. Often, what's exceptional for one person resonates with many others. When have you decided to double-down on a single thing to improve your product? How did it go? We'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below 👇 #startup #innovation #entrepreneurship #AI #community

Multi agent systems for enterprise 🔥 Our builders think the hottest tools at the moment are Autogen, CrewAI and Langraph. Do you agree? #startup #ai
On Wednesday at Stone & Chalk #Adelaide Build Club we had Christopher Foster-McBride from Digital Human Assistants speak about his experience building Multi-Agent systems for Enterprise. His reviews of the Autogen, crewAI and Langraph were really interesting.

'In the chaos of building a startup, you put on many hats: developer, marketer, manager, creator, etc. I believe getting started in a project is the best way to create opportunity for rapid growth.' This week we sat down with Ethan Trang, the co-founder of DoryAI along with Pete Tran. Ethan is a first year University student and first time founder at just 18 years old. Learning is his biggest moat and his trajectory has been unparalleled at Build Club. The team have completed internships at Unicorn companies in AI Engineering before pivoting his learnings into DoryAI ✨. His advice: 'tap into experience of someone who's done it for a few months, years, or even decades more than you' He currently spends his days building DoryAI: an education tool that allows you to create flashcards, quizzes and notes from anything. Full write up below on his story! 👇 You can also catch him in our Sydney hub. --- Humans of Build Club is a community run series spotlighting the career journey of top AI engineers and founders. If you would like to be spotlighted next DM 🦕 Becca Williams or Annie Liao 🇦🇺 #startups #ai
