What a privilege to kick off BuildSkills Australia's team-building day with a focus on sleep! It was an honour to share the science and practical tips behind quality sleep with their amazing team. As we explored the "I" in alignment, we dove deep into how sleep impacts our individual well-being, decision-making, and ultimately, team success. We all know that feeling of being sleep-deprived, right? Foggy brain, low energy, and a short fuse are not the ingredients for a productive and harmonious team. But when we prioritise sleep, we unlock our full potential, both personally and professionally.
