🔋 ⚡ UGL is teaming up with Neoen Australia and Tesla Energy to design and construct Stage 2 of the Western Downs Battery in Queensland. https://lnkd.in/gkz6Hefk UGL will install a 270 MW / 540 MWh Battery #Energy Storage System (#BESS) and the high voltage infrastructure to connect it to the grid at Neoen’s Western Downs Green Power Hub. We have some pretty clever people at UGL who go above and beyond in their job. Recently, we recognised Ethan Royan with a Very Best Award for innovation for creating the P&C Learning & Development Dashboard. Ethan spent 18 months designing and developing the comprehensive tool that allows managers to see the overall compliance and progress of their teams.   “Ethan’s efforts have truly transformed the way we visualise and analyse data, significantly contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our team. Ethan undertook this project independently, showcasing his initiative, creativity, and technical expertise.
