Our philosophy is to work in partnership with private and corporate developers to maximize the potential of their sites to achieve an above average return on their investment. Our service starts with our involvement in the design and value engineering phase either from conception and initial site acquisition or to fine tune an existing design and development approval to add value in both price reduction through alternative construction solutions and value through better site utilisation and increased sales potential. During the construction phase our personnel are committed to delivering a first class quality project completed on program working closely with the project team professionals, financiers and consultants to ensure the completed project achieves its full potential. To facilitate a smooth transition from seller to purchaser and from developer to body corporate one of our maintenance managers will be on hand to work with the sales team to attend to all minor defects and owner enquiries and ensure a seamless transition from developer to owner throughout the sales and occupation period.

Westbourne Constructions Selected as Builder for The Quarters, Wahroonga We are excited to announce that Westbourne has been entrusted with the construction of The Quarters, Wahroonga for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific. This partnership marks another milestone in our journey of crafting exceptional residential spaces. The Quarters, Wahroonga will span approximately 23,100m2, comprising of four distinct buildings designed to cater to different needs. Two buildings will offer 126 studios tailored for student accommodation, while the remaining buildings will provide essential key worker housing, featuring 35 one-bedroom and 25 two-bedroom units. The project will provide much needed medical and nursing accommodation for the Sydney Adventist Hospital, replacing existing dated facilities. Our team is looking forward to working closely with Seventh-day Adventist Church and their Project Manager, Johnstaff to bring their vision to life. We are confident that The Quarters, Wahroonga will exceed expectations for all.
