I help CEOs, leaders, corporate teams and schools to rethink organisational learning, so their people analyse and evaluate different approaches, genuinely problem solve, and compose new perspectives.

As a lifelong educator and education and learning expert, I bring the innovative approach I have used to dynamically change the way schools operate into the corporate setting, to change learning cultures.

When people are busy they don't stop to think how they can do things differently, and this can affect safety, wellbeing, culture, performance and profitability. I'm passionate about seeing people make breakthroughs to create new solutions and meet challenges in different ways.

    A fantastic period connecting and learning with educators who would remain lifelong friends and colleagues ... I had just a little bit of fun too! This course was punctuated by a Teaching Round in Alice Springs which would serve to draw Adam's work back to the Northern Territory time and again to work in some of Australia's most challenging and rewarding environments.

    Adam was invited to speak on Bullying on national television in his role coordinating Behaviour & Wellbeing for schools across the NT.
