About

Taking on a new challenge and giving it a red-shot go has been a common thread in my career. This entrepreneurial spirit together with my curious mind for learning, have shaped my career over the last 20 years, working and living across Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia. I am an experienced CEO, Finance Executive, Non Executive Director, founder, advisor and speaker, working across industries and with global brands, NFPs and start-ups.

I work at the intersection of people, impact and technology in my executive and Non-Executive Director roles, with a keen interest in medtech, femtech, digital health and solutions.

I am fascinated with the unique qualities of each person. This allows me to figure out how different people can work together productively and to create enabling environments for high performance and collaboration.

I am passionate about the role of leaders in the modern workplace. I read, research, write and speak on the topics of inclusive leadership, future of work and cultural intelligence.
