About

In sports, you can’t always win. And when you do, it’s a team effort. The same goes for business. A progressive leader and board member dedicated to advocating for the collective, I achieve outcomes through strategy, operations, and transformation.

People are the heart of what I do, whether contributing to boards or leading complex businesses through growth and transformation. I shape communications, build collaborative partnerships, and have guided groups through acquisitions and mergers. Throughout, I foster a shared sense of purpose. With strong networks across industry and government, I believe that looking out for others raises the collective tide. I love connecting the dots to innovate and achieve group potential.

In sport, every player has a critical yet unique role in the team’s success. I carry that with me when communicating value and driving business expansion. Providing leadership and developing goals in line with the company’s strategic objectives demands flexibility and vision.

I have enjoyed working closely with clients that include medical devices, robotics, digital health and fitness technologies to construction, engineering, consumer products, RDCs and government. I leverage my background in engineering to rearrange the moving parts, shape or advise on strategy, and maximise productivity, profitability, and engagement. Shaping intellectual asset strategies ensures clients develop, protect, and think about their assets in a way that creates the most value.

Adaptable and not one to shy away from a challenge, I have an insatiable hunger to learn and continuously improve. Perhaps that’s why I never stop studying 🎓📖 I have first-class honours in Mechatronics Engineering, Master of Biomedical Engineering, MBA, Master of Legal Business, Master of Industrial Property, and a Diploma of Governance and Risk Management at the Governance Institute. These qualifications have led to registration as a Trans-Tasman Patent Attorney and Chartered Company Secretary status.

My commitment to personal growth allows me to define and develop goals that drive business growth. With an eye for data analytics and experience managing financial systems, budgeting, and forecasting, I drive strategic decision-making, ensuring every initiative is grounded in a people-first, client-focused culture.

If you believe, as I do, in prioritising people through business transformation and growth, let’s connect.

Sport is not only one of my passions; it also teaches me so much about resilience, teamwork, and contributing to the greater good. That’s why I continue to participate in sports as an athlete and in volunteer roles.

As an athlete, I represented Australia in Beach Handball and Handball. I also competed in the Australian Waterpolo National League, the NSW Basketball Waratah League, and the NSW AFL Premier Division.
