Throughout my career I have partnered with my clients/stakeholders to build compelling propositions and processes so they can attract, retain and mobilise the best talent for their business.
I am a highly experienced, driven and successful talent acquisition leader with over 20 years in the recruitment field working with corporate talent in-house talent teams, RPO solutions and Exec recruitment agency. This has provided me with broad sector exposure across; Professional and Business Services, IT & Technology, Engineering, Banking & Finance, Telco, Resources, Consumer, Retail and heavy Industrial sectors here in Australia across the APAC region and in Europe.
I have a track record operating at a broad range of senior stakeholder levels, and am passionate about Innovation, Technology, Strategic Sourcing, Employment Branding, Candidate Experience and Business Process Excellence. As well as my passion for talent acquisition I am also commercially astute having led successful businesses, including profit and loss responsibility, and also led complex commercial negotiations with vendors and clients.
