About

I don't know everything, but I know how to use the one I know and how to learn the one I don't know.
I have +20 years of experience across different industries as Portfolio, Program, and project management office specialist, consultant, leader, and manager. I help businesses to implement, develop, and manage Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Systems and governance.

I've worn many hats in my career as Technical Specialist, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Project Planner, Program Manager, Risk Manager, Change & issue analyst, system supporter/instructor, and resource manager. As a result, I have a unique ability to provide Project/Program office services to different customers within or out of business. The experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:
- I've been implementing, developing and managing enterprise project management systems
- I am a trainer and supporter character in nature. It helps me to understand the customer's requirement and expectations
- I am an achiever and love to support the business to achieve great things
I love making new professional acquaintances. Reach out if you want to talk about Enterprise Systems, Business processes, set up, optimize and operate Project/program and portfolio management offices

  • Workflow knowledge sharing through social networks

    PKAW 2012

Social Network Analysis provides the researcher a means to interpret relationships and in turn the flow of information. What has been less well researched is how such analysis may be used to interpret workflows or business processes and potentially lead to their improvement. This research-in-progress paper explores the comparatively fine-grained social interactions of employees in a company in Sydney.
