    The Arts Leaders Program brings together leaders from across Australia, artforms and career levels to inspire and enhance arts leadership. The Arts Leaders Program enhances participant's capacity as leaders, develop networks and provide the platform for you to be the best leader you can be.

    Participants will engage with some of the most dynamic and influential leaders in Australia, exploring the issues and challenges that face the arts today. Participants will explore development through several topic areas, including:

    Cultural leadership
    Collaboration and exchange
    Diversity
    Emotional and social intelligence
    Creativity and innovation
    Eminence
    Participants will commit to a 12 month-long journey of leadership activities including three intensive residentials, online meetings and a leadership project, designed to stretch them intellectually and personally.

    The aim of the program is to build the capabilities of strong leaders to deliver a resilient, sustainable and vibrant arts sector.

TNN was created by the sector in response to a sector need, so we are committed to our program of work being based on evidence and on the input of our constituency. TNN was incorporated in…

    Theatre Network NSW (TNN) is the peak agency for theatre in NSW that works in partnership with similar organisations to lead, strengthen and support the professional theatre industry by building capacity in the small-to-medium and independent sectors, and connecting and working with the major companies. TNN was created by the sector in response to a sector need, so we are committed to our program of work being based on evidence and on the input of our constituency. TNN was incorporated in December 2014 and now employs a Director to oversee its Associate Member program, manage the network's services and events, and advocate for and support capacity building across the NSW theatre sector. TNN is established as a not-for-profit incorporated association with a board of experienced and passionate industry professionals.
