As the Co-Founder and CEO of Green Hat, I lead a marketing consulting agency that specialises in B2B considered purchases. With over 20 years of experience in the field, I am passionate about optimizing customer experience and revenue outcomes by integrating brand, content, digital, data and technology into measurable growth strategy. I have had the privilege to work with some global B2B leaders and with many blue-chip B2B clients, such as IBM, Nestle, Telstra, and Deloitte, amongst others.

I am a co-author of the annual B2B Marketing Outlook Research Report, which provides insights and trends on the strategies, activities and intentions of B2B marketers. As the Chairman of the B2B CMO Advisory Council for B2B Research, I facilitate peer-to-peer learning and collaboration among senior B2B marketing leaders. Additionally, I am a speaker and commentator on the B2B marketing circuit, sharing my expertise and best practices on topics such as ABM/ABX, customer lifecycle marketing, buyer journeys, branding, sales and marketing alignment, revtech automation and inbound marketing.

I am also the Australian CEO for BBN International, the world's largest network of B2B agencies.

    The council provides direction for the annual development of the Green Hat / Australian Marketing Institute B2B Marketing Research report. This is an industry initiative to research the latest usage, trends and direction for B2B marketing in Australia. The first research study launched in 2011 and it is the most comprehensive annual research study in the APAC region.
