About
I am an accomplished, technology-driven litigator who specialises in large, high profile claims, class actions and regulatory matters both in Australia and the United Kingdom.
My ability to quickly and comprehensively understand complex systems has seen me:
• defend UBS in a £400 million banking and finance dispute litigated and investigated in the UK, USA and Germany;
• pursue a £4 billion claim on behalf of a class action shareholder group against the Royal Bank of Scotland;
• assist HSBC in its regulatory dealing with the US Justice Department;
• act on behalf of Broadspectrum in relation to a large class action brought on behalf of persons detained at an Australian offshore processing facility in PNG.
