As an experienced Trainer Assessor I focus on continuous improvement in the public safety and resources sector, ensuring that my delivery is tailored to the individual needs of each participant and to the current industry standards.
I provide opportunities for those I teach to refine their skills to enable them to be adequately prepare, respond and recover from emerging risks in a safe and confident manner in today's dynamic work place.
Throughout my career, I've committed to serving and protecting communities, demonstrating leadership in high-pressure situations, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.
From the frontline response to strategic planning and leadership roles, I've honed my skills in crisis management, team coordination, and resource allocation and the ongoing mentoring and development of my team members, empowering them to fulfill challenging leadership roles in support of Frontline personnel.
