Cam's industry specialisations are in aged care and retirement living. Over the past 20 years, he has undertaken comprehensive financial and operational reviews of retirement and aged care services in Australia, USA, Asia and New Zealand. He has also personally managed major aged residential care facilities and retirement villages.
Cam has provided performance benchmarking analysis for most aged care providers in Australasia and has a particular interest in new service developments and redevelopments. He is a well recognised national and international speaker on the changing trends in seniors’ accommodation and care services and has been responsible for international studies in this area.
